Are you ready for a dynamic role where you combine various aspects of management and administration? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven management assistant to strengthen our team. As a Management Assistant at Debaenst, you will play a key role in order management, personnel management, reception, and various administrative tasks. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

Order Management:
- The first point of contact for customers regarding orders.
- Processing of orders in our advanced ERP system.
- Active monitoring of stock levels.
- Extracting valuable statistics from orders.
- Creation of production sheets and communicating these to the production department.
- Ongoing process optimization for a more efficient workflow.
- Drafting and comparing forecasts with actual orders.

Personnel Management Production:
- Initiating contact with temporary employment agencies.
- Setting up production planning in collaboration with the production manager.
- Accurate tracking of sickness and absence.
- Timely communication of performance.
- Guidance of new employees and follow-up during the probation period.

Reception:
- Handling of telephony.
- Management of incoming emails.
- Welcoming visitors.

Various Administrative Tasks:
- Checking and preparing delivery notes for invoicing, including backup during holiday periods.
- Management of orders for office supplies and kitchen utensils.
- Promotion management for various clients.
- Careful maintenance of statistics.
